Texas-headquartered Fortress Solutions has expanded their Plano footprint by leasing a second building within Collin County. The new facility located in the 1909 10th Street Prologis Plano Distribution Center provides Fortress with the much needed room to further expand their services to the 5G and IoT markets as announced in February of 2022 via Business Wire.
The Prologis Commercial Real Estate property is a 28,200 square foot facility located in Plano, one of Dallas’ most populated suburban areas, with a distinguishable 24-foot clear height and four overhead dock doors. Louis Pascuzzi, Managing Director at Newmark, represented Fortress in the lease negotiations.
Fortress Solutions leverages the company’s deep legacy of designing and implementing tailored solutions for the telecom industry to ensure operational integrity from day 2 and beyond for customers in the 5G and IoT industry. These services include reverse RMA logistics, forward RMA logistics, critical customer technical support, field support, network monitoring, and reporting & analytics. Fortress is expanding what’s possible in the digital space.
The new 1909 expansion will house the following departments for Fortress:
- New IoT device repair
- Wireless R&D and repair
- NOC (Network Operations Center) services
- Drone/UAS services
- Staging & kitting services
- Triage area
- And more
