With over 5,000 branches, our customer is one of the largest banks in the United States. Bank associates use Samsung tablets to check in customers and review basic account details. Bank needed to efficiently replace 26,000 legacy devices with new tablets and equip them with key accessories, including protective cases, keyboards, and shoulder straps. The bank also wanted to securely erase data on older tablets, resell functioning units, and rapidly replace any new defective devices.
